Teaching at Springwoods is the BEST!!! I have been teaching for twenty years. I am a retired military wife and have also taught in Texas, North Carolina, Florida and California. I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades. I grew up in Texas, Okinawa, New Hampshire, and Nebraska as a military child. I graduated from Baylor University in Texas with a degree in Elementary Education specializing in reading and received a Kindergarten endorsement. I do love teaching!!! It is exciting to see the light bulb go on in the faces of each of my students as they learn and grow each year!! I try to make learning fun by incorporating humor, singing, art, and activities with manipulatives. I believe every child can learn.......let's work together to help our children succeed!  :)
